想請問各位一句文法
By the time _____________, Norman Rockwell had decided that he wanted to bean
artist
(A). in his early teens
(B). he was in his early teens
答案是什麼?
直覺感覺應該是a
不過請問各位有人知道為什麼b是錯的嗎?
