標題[請益] 這句話的幾個小疑問

我想請問以下此句話的those可不可以省略?
不過他好像是受詞~
1. 那有其他的單字可以代替嗎?
2. 如果稍微改變句意~these和others是不是也可以這樣用?
3. 用shall是不是有加強appreciate的用意?
4. learning可以換成studying嗎?
請大大們指導,感激不盡~
We shall appreciate your taking the time to write on
the enclosed card the names and address of those who
might be interested in learning about us.
