Which 開頭我想大概都是問句才有吧
就算你想用修飾的也很少放在開頭

illiterate 表示:文盲之人n. 文盲的a.
become 後面當人不會是名詞阿 所以要用illiterate(a.) 且不能加to
另外加become也不好
應該直接說is making more and more children illiterate(a.)
