標題請問製程為什麼metal有width的上限

如題
就像pad很大DRC可以過
但一般routing的metal就有width的上限
請問是為什麼呢？
metal width上限這回事在製做上有什麼困難嗎？

2F：推 cpt:還有一個就是metal density的限制, routing layer需要CMP 10/09 03:27
3F：→ cpt:pad在最上層不用CMP, 做多大都沒人管你 :P 10/09 03:27
