標題[問題] FPGA error:programming hardware cable not detected

各位大家好^^ 我的專題是使用FPGA 但是用了好久 都用不好
不管重灌幾次範例都燒不進去 實習板
板子的DSP Builder Report file for switch__control.mdl
裡面的Complation
Convert Mdl to VHDL :passed
Synthesis :passed
Quartus II Fitter :passed
但是 燒入不進去範例 後來我發現error

Error:Programming hardware cable not detected
以下是我的電腦所灌的方式及規格
規格 APEX DSP Development Kits (
http://www2.cic.org.tw/~steven/apexdsp.html)
軟體 Win2000 QuartusII4.0 DSP2.2.0 Matlab6.5
重灌win2000-->然後灌Matlab6.5 --->然後灌DSP2.20---> Quartus 4.0-->環境變數設定
--->參數設定(license)--->然後關機插入實習板
---->開機開DPS Builder Switch-control--->不成功>"<
請問一下 我是否少灌了什麼程式還是少做了哪些步驟
