标题[问题] FPGA error:programming hardware cable not detected

各位大家好^^ 我的专题是使用FPGA 但是用了好久 都用不好
不管重灌几次范例都烧不进去 实习板
板子的DSP Builder Report file for switch__control.mdl
里面的Complation
Convert Mdl to VHDL :passed
Synthesis :passed
Quartus II Fitter :passed
但是 烧入不进去范例 後来我发现error

Error:Programming hardware cable not detected
以下是我的电脑所灌的方式及规格
规格 APEX DSP Development Kits (
http://www2.cic.org.tw/~steven/apexdsp.html)
软体 Win2000 QuartusII4.0 DSP2.2.0 Matlab6.5
重灌win2000-->然後灌Matlab6.5 --->然後灌DSP2.20---> Quartus 4.0-->环境变数设定
--->参数设定(license)--->然後关机插入实习板
---->开机开DPS Builder Switch-control--->不成功>"<
请问一下 我是否少灌了什麽程式还是少做了哪些步骤
