這是在高勝銘個經經典題型看到的題目~~
原文: The long-run market supply curve is likely to slope upward if

講義答案為B
個人想法：本來選Ｃ，後來仔細思考發現Ｃ是會造成ＬＡＣ遞增，應該是
規模不經濟才對。
講義上說會造成長期產業供給線正斜率的原因有（Ｂ）
以及外部不經濟，卻未說明為什麼。請問有誰可以告訴我為何（Ｂ）
可以造成長期產業供給線正斜率嗎？
