个人想法：本来选Ｃ，後来仔细思考发现Ｃ是会造成ＬＡＣ递增，应该是
规模不经济才对。
讲义上说会造成长期产业供给线正斜率的原因有（Ｂ）
以及外部不经济，却未说明为什麽。请问有谁可以告诉我为何（Ｂ）
可以造成长期产业供给线正斜率吗？
