答案是 d) reduction in government expenditures
這題是說目前的產出超出自然水準
而原因是a private payment surplus exists
姑且不論是因為overinvetment or overconsumption所造成
這都表示是過度的民間支出推升了IS
Y=G+(I+C)+Net EX
降低政府支出G即可拉回IS並恢復自然平衡

今天如果是過度民間支出推升產出的話，減少貨幣供給會使LM曲線往左並且使利率飆高
產出雖然回到自然水準，但是那是以超高利率抑制，並不是自然平衡
政府支出減少會使利率降低沒錯
但是今天如果推升主因是過度民間支出
政府支出的減少不至於降低利率太多
政府支出減少的部分應該還是大過較低利率下增加的民間支出
