標題[討論] 請問van法(問題轉錄自夢之大地地球科學版)

最近看了一本書，內容是說希臘物理學家P.A. Varotsos將物體破裂時
會產生細微電流應用到預測地震上，稱作van法。是真有此事嗎？那效果如何？
如果說效果不錯，那應該會廣泛應用，卻沒有啥耳聞。是有什麼缺陷嗎？
