标题[讨论] 请问van法(问题转录自梦之大地地球科学版)

最近看了一本书，内容是说希腊物理学家P.A. Varotsos将物体破裂时
会产生细微电流应用到预测地震上，称作van法。是真有此事吗？那效果如何？
如果说效果不错，那应该会广泛应用，却没有啥耳闻。是有什麽缺陷吗？
