標題[情報] Reference program

雖然還沒有全寫完，但我想先把已經測過的 ref program 放上來讓大家比較看看，
請至 Ceiba 公佈欄 download 64 與 32-bit platform 的執行檔。
晚一點再放些測試 cases。

另有做了一些 constant progatation 等 circuit optimization...
