標題[建議] HW#3 problem 1

請不要將它想得太複雜了,
我並沒有要大家寫程式去算出來,
你只要參考 lecture note "1. Intro to Computers and C++ - aux", page 9.
For example,
cout << INT_MAX << endl;
因為 INT_MAX (or others) may vary from machines to machines.
我想要大家確定一下你的 UINT_MAX 的確是 2^32...
