请不要将它想得太复杂了,
我并没有要大家写程式去算出来,
你只要参考 lecture note "1. Intro to Computers and C++ - aux", page 9.
For example,
cout << INT_MAX << endl;
因为 INT_MAX (or others) may vary from machines to machines.
我想要大家确定一下你的 UINT_MAX 的确是 2^32...
