The Dodgers lose one in ninth this time, 5-4, to the Giants
全文：
The Dodgers blew it again, for a second straight day bitterly watching a lead
in the final inning evaporate followed by an orange-and-black mob scene.
This time, it was Hong-Chih Kuo filling in for Jonathan Broxton who couldn't
save it, with the Dodgers falling 5-4 in the ninth inning Sunday and dropping
1 ½ games behind Arizona.
"We're going to have to reach down," Manager Joe Torre said. "It's another
test for us."
Dodgers又搞丟了一場比賽，連續兩天他們都在第九局時候被對手反咬一口，
只能眼睜睜看著領先在最後一局被花光. 這一次郭泓志了

Kuo (3-2) got the Dodgers out of the eighth, gave up two hits to start the
ninth and then lost even though the next three Giants hitters couldn't get
the ball out of the infield. The crushing blow was Casey Blake bobbling a
potential game-ending double play grounder. The error loaded the bases.
"That's a routine double play ball," Blake said. "I got too quick, didn't
look it into my glove. I have to make that play."

Next, the Dodgers couldn't turn two on Emmanuel Burriss' grounder to second,
allowing the tying run to come home. And, finally, Eugenio Velez hit an
infield single through Kuo's legs to plate the winning run.
"I tried to grab it. I missed it," Kuo said. "It happens, man."
Manny Ramirez's two-run double put the Dodgers ahead 4-3 in the seventh. The
ball was hit so hard that, even though it landed just past the shortstop, it
rolled all the way to the wall and scored Andre Ethier from first base.
Chad Billingsley pitched six innings, giving up a two-run single to Randy
Winn that put the Giants ahead 3-1 in the fourth.
