標題[問題] 腦部斷層之解讀

家母幾日前拍了腦部斷層，
我人在外地未陪同看報告，詢問她結果如何她說沒事；
但她健康存摺上斷層報告說明顯示狀況似乎並不好，
想請問這個情形是否是動脈硬化以及腦部萎縮？
(文字之間無分隔，為免錯誤解讀專有名詞故附上原文)

i.v.contrastinjection.
1.Senilechangeswithmildcorticalatrophyoverthebilateralfronto-temporalregions
withsulcalwideningandventriculardilatation.
2.Thereisnointracranialhemorrhageseen.
3.Theposteriorfossastructuresincludingthebrainstem,cerebellumandCPangleslook
normal.
4.CalcifiedintimaofbilateralICAsandVAs.
我會設法去請教為家母看診的醫師，但想先有個心理準備，
不知道能否請版友先為我解讀？
