标题[问题] 脑部断层之解读

家母几日前拍了脑部断层，
我人在外地未陪同看报告，询问她结果如何她说没事；
但她健康存摺上断层报告说明显示状况似乎并不好，
想请问这个情形是否是动脉硬化以及脑部萎缩？
(文字之间无分隔，为免错误解读专有名词故附上原文)
BrainCTscansfromthevertextothemid-maxillarylevelwereperformedwithout
i.v.contrastinjection.
1.Senilechangeswithmildcorticalatrophyoverthebilateralfronto-temporalregions
withsulcalwideningandventriculardilatation.
2.Thereisnointracranialhemorrhageseen.
3.Theposteriorfossastructuresincludingthebrainstem,cerebellumandCPangleslook
normal.
4.CalcifiedintimaofbilateralICAsandVAs.
我会设法去请教为家母看诊的医师，但想先有个心理准备，
不知道能否请版友先为我解读？
