標題[問題] 血小板下降

請教各位版上的大大，本人去年12月有做健康檢查，發現血小板數值為119K/ul，低於標
準
今年10月再做健康檢查，血小板數值下降至74K/ul，
想請問這樣的下降幅度會有很大問題嗎？
