标题[问题] 血小板下降

请教各位版上的大大，本人去年12月有做健康检查，发现血小板数值为119K/ul，低於标
准
今年10月再做健康检查，血小板数值下降至74K/ul，
想请问这样的下降幅度会有很大问题吗？
