標題[交易] Bittrex enhanced verification 驗證不過

最近弄了bittrex的enhanced verification
上傳了大頭貼和護照後卻得到以下訊息:
The system says your ID was unreadable. Please
make sure the photos or scans of your identification are free
of glare, blur, and easily readable to the human eye.
Please contact our support desk it you feel this is in error.
我是直接拍照上傳照片上去的，而照片上我認為是非常清晰的，但是卻被認為無法辨認
請問有哪裡需要注意的地方嗎? 還是說護照用掃描的會比較好呢?
卡在驗證好幾天了，理面的幣都領不出來QQ
