标题[交易] Bittrex enhanced verification 验证不过

最近弄了bittrex的enhanced verification
上传了大头贴和护照後却得到以下讯息:
The system says your ID was unreadable. Please
make sure the photos or scans of your identification are free
of glare, blur, and easily readable to the human eye.
Please contact our support desk it you feel this is in error.
我是直接拍照上传照片上去的，而照片上我认为是非常清晰的，但是却被认为无法辨认
请问有哪里需要注意的地方吗? 还是说护照用扫描的会比较好呢?
卡在验证好几天了，理面的币都领不出来QQ
