我也是碰到BTC被卡錢的問題 且快3週還沒搞定@@ 八月底轉了BTC過去 明明已經confirm了 卻一直pending 不給存 寄好幾次信 也傳twitter去反應 他們也只是先說會盡速轉給上級處理 然後過了兩周還是沒見到入帳 好不容易前幾天收到比較像樣的回信 卻是跟我說我帳戶還沒有完成認證要補件 回信內容: As you well know, we are working in accordance with strict security rules, both AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customer) policies.
