我也是碰到BTC被卡钱的问题 且快3周还没搞定@@ 八月底转了BTC过去 明明已经confirm了 却一直pending 不给存 寄好几次信 也传twitter去反应 他们也只是先说会尽速转给上级处理 然後过了两周还是没见到入帐 好不容易前几天收到比较像样的回信 却是跟我说我帐户还没有完成认证要补件 回信内容: As you well know, we are working in accordance with strict security rules, both AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customer) policies.
