最偉大犯罪小說家 英美都選海史密斯 丁文玲／綜合外電報導 　(中國時報/20080506) 　美國《時代周刊》四月下旬選出「五十位最偉大的犯罪小說作家」，榜首是創作出 《天才雷普利》系列的女作家海史密斯（Patricia Highsmith），第二名是多產的比利時 法語推理作家西默農，第三名則是全球最暢銷的推理小說女王阿嘉莎．克莉絲蒂。 　同時間，英國《每日電訊報》也選出「一生必讀的五十位犯罪小說作家」，榜首也 同樣是海史密斯。 　海史密斯的作品很早就被希區考克相中，改拍成電影，她也是美國犯罪小說祖師母 級的人物。英美兩份犯罪小說作家名單上，眾所熟悉的名家包括克莉絲蒂、西默農、錢德 勒、愛倫坡、達許．漢密特，都是雙榜贏家。 　只不過，英美兩邊的名單內容一發表，引起不少書迷的爭論與不平。像是被譽為繼 克莉絲蒂之後，新任「謀殺天后」的英國小說家詹姆絲（P. D.
