最伟大犯罪小说家 英美都选海史密斯 丁文玲／综合外电报导 　(中国时报/20080506) 　美国《时代周刊》四月下旬选出「五十位最伟大的犯罪小说作家」，榜首是创作出 《天才雷普利》系列的女作家海史密斯（Patricia Highsmith），第二名是多产的比利时 法语推理作家西默农，第三名则是全球最畅销的推理小说女王阿嘉莎．克莉丝蒂。 　同时间，英国《每日电讯报》也选出「一生必读的五十位犯罪小说作家」，榜首也 同样是海史密斯。 　海史密斯的作品很早就被希区考克相中，改拍成电影，她也是美国犯罪小说祖师母 级的人物。英美两份犯罪小说作家名单上，众所熟悉的名家包括克莉丝蒂、西默农、钱德 勒、爱伦坡、达许．汉密特，都是双榜赢家。 　只不过，英美两边的名单内容一发表，引起不少书迷的争论与不平。像是被誉为继 克莉丝蒂之後，新任「谋杀天后」的英国小说家詹姆丝（P. D.
