From the four people dead in the river, the SARS : and the little girl dead due to no hospital wanting to take her, : the system has not changed too much, has it? 關於英國討論風氣開放跟合作方面我也覺得很好。 口蹄疫英國就糟糕了。台灣也爆發過，把屍體埋入地下造成地下水污染。 後來英國也爆發口蹄疫，沒有參考台灣經驗，就很腦殘的自己也把屍體往地下一埋，果 不其然，他們地下水也污染了。真是有點蠢啊.. 另外，上次倫敦爆炸事件，前幾天提出懺悔的告白。 大意大概是：『在二十一世紀的倫敦，一個應該是世界上科技頂尖迷人的都市，在發生 恐怖份子攻擊的時刻，不應該依靠人力來傳達指令。』 上次爆炸的時候，由於地下道電波容易折射，無線電根本不能用。事情發生過後， 一個半小時才有三個救難人員到達。 我所要說的是，挖爛的大家都有。重要的是如何預防再次發生。不是白人的世界就比較 優良。 --
