From the four people dead in the river, the SARS : and the little girl dead due to no hospital wanting to take her, : the system has not changed too much, has it? 关於英国讨论风气开放跟合作方面我也觉得很好。 口蹄疫英国就糟糕了。台湾也爆发过，把屍体埋入地下造成地下水污染。 後来英国也爆发口蹄疫，没有参考台湾经验，就很脑残的自己也把屍体往地下一埋，果 不其然，他们地下水也污染了。真是有点蠢啊.. 另外，上次伦敦爆炸事件，前几天提出忏悔的告白。 大意大概是：『在二十一世纪的伦敦，一个应该是世界上科技顶尖迷人的都市，在发生 恐怖份子攻击的时刻，不应该依靠人力来传达指令。』 上次爆炸的时候，由於地下道电波容易折射，无线电根本不能用。事情发生过後， 一个半小时才有三个救难人员到达。 我所要说的是，挖烂的大家都有。重要的是如何预防再次发生。不是白人的世界就比较 优良。 --
