根據上述條文，裁判的懲處必須基於兩個條件：
1.選手使用了可操弄計分或增加感應的器材。
2.選手是有意的操弄 (intentional manipulation)。

針對第 2 點，在亞洲跆拳道聯盟與世界跆拳道聯盟召開的記者會上，列席的
亞奧會官員也已提出質疑。請見以下報導：

此外，亞跆盟的趙磊先生與世跆盟的梁振錫先生，在第一次記者會中提及懲處原因，
說是因為「個人隱私」，這顯然不符上述條文規定。之後，這兩聯盟對於判決解釋
也一再改變。
根據梁振錫上次記者會表示，目前還在調查此事件原因。換言之，以目前官方說法
來看，當天是在原因不明的情況下，作出嚴厲的判決。
請注意，辦國際比賽不是辦家家酒，不能邊玩邊定規則，更不能先斬了人再找原因。
