標題[請益] ACI中非接觸式搭接？

想問土木版上高手們一個問題

案例一：牆面預留筋間距與牆實際配筋間距較小，致部分無法對筋。
案例二：牆面預留筋因外力致部分無法對筋。
試問：以上兩案例是否適用ACI中12.14.2.3所提Bars spliced by noncontact lap splic
es in flexural members shall not be spaced transversely farther apart than one
-fifth the required lap splice length, nor 150 mm.
