由於在下通過實習，已成為正式板主，有權限可新增板主
先前blanki兄也有意願共同擔任板主
如果blanki兄願意，也無板友反對
那在下就到組務板申請新增blanki兄為板主囉?
有意見或同樣有意願擔任板主者
