由於在下通过实习，已成为正式板主，有权限可新增板主
先前blanki兄也有意愿共同担任板主
如果blanki兄愿意，也无板友反对
那在下就到组务板申请新增blanki兄为板主罗?
有意见或同样有意愿担任板主者
