Should : someone else have resources for a randomised trial of intercessory : prayer, we have suggested a design based on the best of the trials : we have seen already (Table 1). : 但是呢～ 作者認為～如果真有研究資源，不如先投入其他treatment的研究，因為 : 有很多treatment的研究都很缺資源啊！！！！XDXDXDXDXD 這是委婉的說法 簡單說 作者認為根本不需要浪費經費在這個沒有效果的東西上面 : 總結有兩點： : 1.就這一系列的研究，我們真的可以說禱告完全無效嗎？就連作者 : 都不敢這麼說呢！ 作者憑什麼這樣說? 作者是神嘛? 既然不是 他憑什麼說有沒有用? 作者憑什麼這樣說? 那裡面的文章全都不是作者的貢獻 他當然不能下這樣的結論 反過來 請問誰下了這樣的結論? 我前面說的很清楚 : ※ 引述《strongshort (力量與智慧)》之銘言： : : 至少目前看起來 禱告完全無效 難道我所謂的"至少目前看起來"這段話都白說了嘛? 反過來 請問你這樣的質疑提供了什麼意義? 如果你可以提出同樣大規模的試驗證實禱告有效的話 我在這裡會很高興替你翻譯的 : 2.我不確定所謂「清楚的效果」（clear effect）是什麼意思，不過我猜是指「統 : 計上的顯著效果」。 : 就這點，我想請有受過統計訓練或是科學背景的朋友一起想想： : 統計上沒有顯著效果是否就等於沒有效果？ : 在統計分析的時候，為什麼我們會那麼重視顯著性(P-value）？顯著性的意義為何？ : 這跟統計學的原理有關，有興趣的朋友真的可以好好想想，這是連專業研究人員 : 都有可能會犯的謬誤。 我看著這篇文章實在不知道想要表達什麼 現在有一個Evidence class I的東西 請問你有拿出可以推翻的證據來推翻嘛? 還是打算用連class V等級都不到的東西來駁斥? 我在想 這個統計到底是哪位老師教的? 這串文章從頭到尾 有沒有哪個人拿出什麼證據說是有效的? 幾千個人的data說不相信 好歹讓我們知道一下這幾千個人的禱告憑什麼不信吧? --
