各位芝加哥的同伴
在這裡考駕照TVDL 我剛剛逛了網站
似乎需要提前預約

Visitors Driver's License (TVDL) must make an appointment at one of the
designated Secretary of State Facilities listed below
所以是要預約嗎? 可是我看PTT之前都沒人說要預約阿?
non-visa status是指沒有美國簽證的人嗎....!?
