在这里考驾照TVDL 我刚刚逛了网站
似乎需要提前预约

Visitors Driver's License (TVDL) must make an appointment at one of the
designated Secretary of State Facilities listed below
所以是要预约吗? 可是我看PTT之前都没人说要预约阿?
non-visa status是指没有美国签证的人吗....!?
