假設A、B兩基團推拉電子的能力差不多
從兩種結構的lone pair可以看出，
cis isomer的dipole較 trans isomer大
因為trans isomer 的lone pair的位置使 diplole互相抵消
故 cis isomer dipole moment > trans isomer dipole moment
