假设A、B两基团推拉电子的能力差不多
从两种结构的lone pair可以看出，
cis isomer的dipole较 trans isomer大
因为trans isomer 的lone pair的位置使 diplole互相抵消
故 cis isomer dipole moment > trans isomer dipole moment
