對 band structure 的了解
一直處在 valence band and conduction band
可是最近在看一些鑑定 band structure 的論文時
總是一直提到 flat band potential
文中沒有額外的解釋 但是看他畫的位能圖
好像就是指 flat band = conduction band
請問這是有理論 support 的嗎
或是有人知道 flat band 的確切定義的嗎
