对 band structure 的了解
一直处在 valence band and conduction band
可是最近在看一些监定 band structure 的论文时
总是一直提到 flat band potential
文中没有额外的解释 但是看他画的位能图
好像就是指 flat band = conduction band
请问这是有理论 support 的吗
或是有人知道 flat band 的确切定义的吗
