If the club is accused of having a confident swagger now, that is nothing to when we were formed in 1905, and became the only club to enter the Football League without having played a game. (我們是唯一一支沒有參加任何比賽就進入足球聯盟的球隊。) All our 100 year history is in the big league. We might have taken 50 years to win our first major trophy, but in the 1910s and 1930s we were the best supported club in the land. Heck, in the 1920s when we were in the old Second Division we were amongst the three best supported clubs in the land. Every player, every season is remembered in the museum, and there are statues of special ones from the first captain, Willie ‘Fatty’ Foulke, via the Jubilee and first champion captain Roy Bentley, to the latest champion and captain, John Terry. There is unique memorabilia and loads of trophies. You can, of course, have your photograph taken with the special ones, the Premiership, Carling Cup and Community Shield.
