Veteran center Ilgauskas hints at retirement after season

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (AP) -- Zydrunas Ilgauskas is hinting this could be his
last season in the NBA.
Ilgauskas, 34, is entering his 12th season -- all with the Cleveland
Cavaliers. This is also the final year of his contract.
Ilgauskas on Friday said the grind of long seasons, road trips and playing on
consecutive nights all wear him down.
The Cavaliers have visions of an NBA title this year, but many questions loom
after the season. Along with Ilgauskas, Shaquille O'Neal is in the final year
of his contract and LeBron James could opt for free agency.
Ilgauskas wouldn't say how much James' decision will affect his, but said he
is not interested in a rebuilding project.

他說，長期四處征戰與每晚的激烈球賽都使他相當疲累。
騎士今年仍有濃厚希望挑戰冠軍，但本季季後的問題已悄悄浮現。除了大Z是最後一年合
約，大歐也是；而詹姆斯則可能選擇成為自由球員。
大Z並未表示詹姆斯的去留是否會影響他最後的決定，但已表明他本人無意參與騎士(可能
的)重建計畫。
