標題[問題] 取消退稅的問題

大家好 我有爬文 QQ
想請問 取消退稅的部份是指 兩個 7% 都不退了嗎???
那近1年多有從加拿大回台灣的觀光客大大
有成功從台灣這邊退稅的嗎??
還是全部都不行了??
