标题[问题] 取消退税的问题

大家好 我有爬文 QQ
想请问 取消退税的部份是指 两个 7% 都不退了吗???
那近1年多有从加拿大回台湾的观光客大大
有成功从台湾这边退税的吗??
还是全部都不行了??
