1.劉文山chest tumor 共筆p.20
T4 disease: 後面寫到"這邊標題打錯應該是stage IV NSCLC..."
這句話錯了
講義的標題沒有打錯
T4N0M0是Stage IIIb沒錯
2. P.29 考古題47題
答案還是C喔
選項A是正確的 可見於共筆P.19
選項B也是對的 在共筆P.21
3. P.32 考古題31
答案改回C
這裡的選項B跟47題的選項B乍看是矛盾的
但是共筆P.21有提到CCRT與chemo alone對於SCLC的Disease free survival沒有顯著差異
卻對local control survival有
另外補充一下DFS與Survival rate的定義
Disease-free survival: The length of time after treatment during which no
disease is found. Can be reported for an individual patient or for a study
population.
簡單的說就是:治療後沒病的活著還能活多久
survival rate is a part of survival analysis, indicating the percentage of
people in a study or treatment group who are alive for a given period of time
after diagnosis.
不管有病沒病 診斷後還活著的比率
