T4 disease: 後面写到"这边标题打错应该是stage IV NSCLC..."
这句话错了
讲义的标题没有打错
T4N0M0是Stage IIIb没错
2. P.29 考古题47题
答案还是C喔
选项A是正确的 可见於共笔P.19
选项B也是对的 在共笔P.21
3. P.32 考古题31
答案改回C
这里的选项B跟47题的选项B乍看是矛盾的
但是共笔P.21有提到CCRT与chemo alone对於SCLC的Disease free survival没有显着差异
却对local control survival有
另外补充一下DFS与Survival rate的定义
Disease-free survival: The length of time after treatment during which no
disease is found. Can be reported for an individual patient or for a study
population.
简单的说就是:治疗後没病的活着还能活多久
survival rate is a part of survival analysis, indicating the percentage of
people in a study or treatment group who are alive for a given period of time
after diagnosis.
不管有病没病 诊断後还活着的比率
