1.共筆P.10 「respiratory brain ─ 腦死後病人用呼吸器所造成。」
第一個錯誤在於"respiratory brain"，正確的命名應該是"respirator brain"
第二個錯誤是respirator brain並不是因為病人用呼吸器所造成。腦死的病人
現在雖然可以藉由呼吸器及藥物來維持人體的呼吸和心跳、血壓等生理功能，
但絕大多數的腦死病人會在兩週內血壓下降、心跳停止。此時病人的腦部血流
供應停止、所有細胞代謝消失，所以腦組織不會發炎也不會gliosis，只會慢
慢的autolysis。而呼吸器只是維持生命提供足夠的時間讓腦組織表現出病理變

If a patient with brain death is put on the respirator, the brain (under
normal body temperature) undergoes an enzymatic autodigestion which may end
in liquefaction.The term"respirator brain" that has been applied in such
cases is misleading because the autolysis is not caused by the respirator.
The term "non-perfused brain" is more accurate. Because circulation is
arrested and all metabolic activity ceases, the non-perfused brain does not
show any reactive changes (inflammation, macrophages, gliosis), only autolysis.
2.共筆P.14 ─ 有人說中羅英文版也是把Duret hemorrhages 放在tonsillar
herniation的下面，到底tonsillar herniation會不會造成Duret hemorrhages？
抱歉我也不知道。不過我確定Transtentorial Herniation是造成Duret hemorrhages
的主要原因。

會將腦幹往下推，然而基底動脈相對而言較不容易移動，因此由基底動脈發出來供應
腦幹的中央穿通動脈就被拉扯或擠壓，造成附近組織的出血或梗塞，這也是Duret
hemorrhages好發於腦幹中線的原因。
3.共筆P.13─投影片23 tonsillar herniation是第三類，排版有錯。
