第八題↓ 漏了答案
8. 下列有關Addison’s Disease的敘述何者錯誤？
which statement about Addison’s Disease is false?
a. 原發性病因是來自於遺傳基因的缺陷，自體免疫系統攻擊腎上腺
Primary pathogenesis is because of the attack to adrenal gland by
autoimmune system
b. Cortisol和aldosterone濃度降低，ACTH和CRH濃度上升
Decrease [Cortisol] and [aldosterone] , but increase [ACTH] and [CRH]
c. Cortisol濃度降低，造成血壓變低，血糖低，嗜睡倦怠
Low [Cortisol] will decrease the blood pressure and lead to lethargy
d. ACTH 濃度上升，會轉化成黑色素，造成膚色較正常人黑
High [ACTH] will be transformed into melanin
