第八题↓ 漏了答案

a. 原发性病因是来自於遗传基因的缺陷，自体免疫系统攻击肾上腺
Primary pathogenesis is because of the attack to adrenal gland by
autoimmune system
b. Cortisol和aldosterone浓度降低，ACTH和CRH浓度上升
Decrease [Cortisol] and [aldosterone] , but increase [ACTH] and [CRH]
c. Cortisol浓度降低，造成血压变低，血糖低，嗜睡倦怠
Low [Cortisol] will decrease the blood pressure and lead to lethargy
d. ACTH 浓度上升，会转化成黑色素，造成肤色较正常人黑
