步驟如下：
1. 1,000,000 --> FV
2. 0 --> PV
3. 1 --> I/Y
4. 360 --> N
CPT --> PMT --> PMT = -286.126
你應該是以為要算 PV 所以變成第一期一次付清
那當然是要破萬 加油囉~~
