步骤如下：
1. 1,000,000 --> FV
2. 0 --> PV
3. 1 --> I/Y
4. 360 --> N
CPT --> PMT --> PMT = -286.126
你应该是以为要算 PV 所以变成第一期一次付清
那当然是要破万 加油罗~~
