標題[租屋] 9-12月studio sublet-B line

八月底畢業回台灣,所以要sublet apt from 9-12月 或是10-12月(可來信討論)
地點 1156 Commonwealth Ave. (Close to super 88, shaws, harvard ave., BU)
房間 單人studio/有廚房/ 廁所/walk-in closet/冷氣
這間studio在公寓lower floor,採光好
unfurnished,但是傢俱(full size bed, futon,closet)都要轉賣
房租 $1025含水費heat,電費大概一個月20左右,網路17,(basic cable+internet大概33)
